3) Who do I call if I have a maintenance emergency?

In case of a fire or other serious threat, you should always dial 911 before contacting the leasing office staff. You can call the Leasing Office to determine if a staff member is available at 702-220-7200, if the office is closed our live answering service will contact the on-call representative.

4) What is your income requirement?

Our income requirement is proof of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Average amount from about $1800 to $2400 per month.

5) We offer a resident Referral Bonus

Refer a friend and receive a $250.00 Referral bonus.

6) Do all household members need to be at least 55?

Sienna is intended for active, independent persons 55 years of age or older. Sienna offers  significant facilities and services specifically designed to meet the diverse physical and social needs of the Residents. Persons under 45 years of age are not permitted to live in the community.

7) What Lease terms are offered?

We offer 6 or 12 month lease terms.

8) Are your units furnished?

No, our units come unfurnished.

9) Are utilities included?

Water/sewer and trash are included with the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity, gas, cable, telephone and Internet.

10) Do you offer shopping transportation?

Yes, we do have a shopping bus that comes once a week, see office for more details.
